Production and aging

Tr3smano Vendimia 2019 is a single-varietal wine made from Tempranillo grapes. The grapes come from old vineyards located in Olmedillo, Roa, La Horra, Moradillo, Pesquera, and Padilla. The vineyards are between 35 and 80 years old and are situated on chalky and clayey soils.

It undergoes a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 to 7 days. The aging process lasts 18 months and is carried out in French and American oak barrels.

• Appearance: Tr3smano Vendimia has a cherry red color.
• Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruit, with toasted and smoky notes.
• Palate: Meaty, fresh, and long-lasting flavor.

Pairing

Tr3smano Vendimia is ideal to accompany aged cheeses, lamb, and game or red meats.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
