Bodegas Tr3smano is the project of Remírez de Ganuza in Ribera del Duero, seeking old vines to produce expressive and powerful wines.
Tr3smano Vendimia 2019 is a single-varietal wine made from Tempranillo grapes. The grapes come from old vineyards located in Olmedillo, Roa, La Horra, Moradillo, Pesquera, and Padilla. The vineyards are between 35 and 80 years old and are situated on chalky and clayey soils.
It undergoes a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 to 7 days. The aging process lasts 18 months and is carried out in French and American oak barrels.
Tr3smano Vendimia is ideal to accompany aged cheeses, lamb, and game or red meats.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
