Ultreia Saint Jacques is a red wine from the D.O. Bierzo, mainly made with Mencía grapes from old vineyards located in Valtuille and Villadecanes. This wine reflects the elegance and freshness characteristic of the region, with 12 months of aging in used French oak barrels. Ideal for pairing with white meats, cured meats, and semi-cured cheeses, it stands out for its balance and complexity.
