TASTING NOTES 2023/24With a green fruity with some ripe notes of 6, a bitterness of 3.9 and a spiciness of 3.9. Aromatic complexity is found in a medium-high fruity of green olive with ripe notes of fresh fruits like apple, green banana, and hints of tomato plant, as well as freshly cut grass and other aromatics. Elegant with a medium bitterness and a progressive and persistent spiciness.
