Vinification: sweet white wine made from selected, late harvested grapes.
Tasting note: Light yellow tone with golden reflections, clean, bright, with floral aromas (jasmine, orange blossom) and fresh fruit (peach). In the mouth, tasty and fruity.
Marriage: Ideal with appetizers, blue cheese, foie and desserts.
Serving temperature: 6-8ºC.
