More information

Vega Sicilia Valbuena 5º is a red wine from the denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero elaborated by Bodegas Vega Sicilia.

Valbuena, is the purest expression of red fino (Tempranillo) in Vega Sicilia. The assembly of varieties that make up this magnificent wine has in the fine Tinto the grape predominant in a very majority. The other variety used is Merlot, which will participate to a greater or lesser extent depending on the vintage.

After its fermentation goes through a crianza, between wood and bottle, five years, hence the name of the wine Valbuena 5. French and American wood, barrels of 225 liters new and used, 20,000 liters Tinos... A long and complex process for a great wine.
