Allergen information: the only allergen our cheeses contain are cashews. Additionally, in our facilities we do not produce products with any other allergen (such as gluten), so there is no possibility of cross contamination.
Storage instructions: keep refrigerated at positive temperature (between 2 and 8 ºC). Once opened, consume preferably within 1 month. As long as it is not exposed to excessive moisture, the cheese can last up to 8 months once opened. We recommend storing it in the fridge on a plate and uncovered.
