Directions for use

1. Put 4 tablespoons of oil (20g) and 2 tablespoons of bechamel substitute (37g). Mix well and cook until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
2. Add 1/2L of unsweetened plant-based milk while stirring constantly.
3. Add salt and spices to taste and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Stop and serve.
