How to use

1. Put 4 tablespoons of oil (20g) and 2 tablespoons of bechamel substitute (37g). Mix well and cook until you get a homogeneous mixture.
2. Add, while stirring, 1/2L of unsweetened plant-based milk.
3. Add salt and spices to taste and bring to a boil while stirring. Stop and serve.
