Instructions/Intended use
Cut the product into three parts (1.5 cm thickness, approximately).
In a pan/griddle: Grease the pan and heat over medium heat (100°C-115°C).
Once the oil is hot, add the product and cook for about one and a half to two minutes on each side.
In the oven: Preheat the oven to 140oC (top-bottom heat + air). Lightly grease the surface of the product and place it on a baking tray on the middle rack. Bake for 12 minutes.
