Organic protein source with incredible versatility. One large egg is equivalent to 1 tablespoon of the product (15g) and 4 tablespoons (35g) of water.

Follow the proportion of 1 tablespoon of product for every 4 of water. Mix and cook as you would normally cook an egg, until you achieve the desired consistency and without lumps.
