Fot-li is much more than a vermouth, it is a shout of enthusiasm that invites you to dare, to live, to take advantage of the most valuable thing we have: our time
In the mouth, there are herbaceous notes, among which thyme subtly stands out, hazelnut reminiscences, and soft touches of vanilla.
Fot-Li is made from white grapes, mainly Garnacha Blanca, and is macerated for three weeks with aromatic plants and our secret formula, following tradition.

Grape varieties: The majority of the blend is Garnacha Blanca but approximately 10% comes from varieties such as Viura and Airén.
Grapes mainly from Tarragona (DO Terra Alta and DO Montsant) and also from the Penedès region (Barcelona) and La Mancha (Castilla La Mancha).
Notable botanicals include: vanilla, orange peel, anise, cardamom, nutmeg, bay leaf, oregano, fennel, sage...
Barrel: American oak 20% and French oak barrels 80%. We like to use them at approximately 15 years old. Medium toast.
