Vermouth La Tragonería Selection 500 ml is Sevillian

Different from the rest of vermouths made in the south of Spain, mainly due to the base white wine used (airén).

Well-balanced vermouth in terms of sweet/bitter, with citrus, cinnamon, and licorice notes, primarily sweet on the palate with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

Intense mahogany color with orange hues, good layer and shine indicating good acidity.

Olfactory Phase

Complex aroma with a good balance of different botanicals, highlighting citrus, licorice, and cinnamon aromas along with a delicate touch of aging.
