Our first love. The original Martini was born from the nose of Luigi Rossi. Since 1863, a selection of regionalse herbs is its essence, and natural caramel give it its scarlet hue. An Italian icon.
El Rosso boasts a secret blend of botanicals from native and foreign soils. Artemisia, one of the key ingredients, continues to be grown and harvested just a few miles south of our home in Pessione.
The award-winning Rosso recipe remains intact. Maestro Ivano Tonutti is one of only 3 people who know it.
