The Mucho Más Black Edition Red Wine is a masterpiece from Bodega Pagos del Rey, representing the essence of quality and simplicity at its best. This wine is a carefully crafted blend of the Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Syrah grape varieties, selected from different vineyards in Spain to create a unique and special combination.
The creation process of Mucho Más Black Edition is a testament to the commitment to quality. The grapes come from old vineyards, ensuring exceptional concentration and complexity. Manual harvesting allows for the selection of only the best grapes, which are then subjected to controlled fermentations in stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days at temperatures of 26-28ºC. This meticulous process ensures the maximum expression of each grape variety's characteristics.
The wine is aged in American oak barrels for 3-4 months, enough time to complete malolactic fermentation and add an additional layer of complexity and structure. Subsequently, the final blending is carried out, determining the perfect mix that brings Mucho Más Black Edition to life.
This wine has been recognized in various international competitions, winning the Gold Medal at the Berliner Wine Trophy 2023, CINVE 2024, and The Drink Business Spring Tasting 2024.
