Viña Pedrosa Crianza is a red wine from Ribera del Duero, made by the Pérez Pascuas brothers with the Tempranillo grape variety.
Viña Pedrosa Hermanos Pérez Pascuas winery was founded in 1980 by the brothers Benjamín, Manuel, and Adolfo Pérez Pascuas in Pedrosa de Duero (Burgos).
Viña Pedrosa Crianza is a single-varietal wine made from the Tinta del País variety. The grapes used come from vineyards between 20 and 25 years old. The harvest is done manually and the production is 4,000 kilos per hectare.
The winemaking process finishes with a minimum aging of 18 months in American and French oak barrels, and an additional aging of 8 months in the bottle.
Viña Pedrosa Crianza is ideal to accompany grilled red meats, cured meats, semi-cured cheeses, and roasted pork.
It is recommended to consume this wine at a temperature of 17ºC.
