Elaboration and aging

Viña Pedrosa Crianza is a single-varietal wine made from the Tinta del País variety. The grapes used come from vineyards between 20 and 25 years old. The harvest is done manually and the production is 4,000 kilos per hectare.

The winemaking process finishes with a minimum aging of 18 months in American and French oak barrels, and an additional aging of 8 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes for Viña Pedrosa Crianza

• Appearance: Viña Pedrosa Crianza has a very intense cherry color with a deep violet rim.
• Nose: Complex and very complete on the nose, with an elegant combination of fruit aromas (berries, ripe fruits) and aging sensations (spices, tobacco, dairy, truffle).
• Pallet: Broad and voluminous. Soft, yet with great character. It is round, persistent, and very long-lasting.

Pairing

Viña Pedrosa Crianza is ideal to accompany grilled red meats, cured meats, semi-cured cheeses, and roasted pork.

It is recommended to consume this wine at a temperature of 17ºC.
