With a shelf life of two years when stored in a cool, dry place, once opened keep refrigerated for one month.

Example of use, with a jar of 270 g. you can make:

  • 1,5 kg of shelled mussels in vinaigrette sauce.

  • Salad dressing for 10 people.

  • 1 kg of octopus in vinaigrette.
