We have 115 hectares of vineyards with different grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Macabeo, Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Traditional Method. Time makes us stronger. We make vibrant wines full of fine bubbles. The altitude and freshness of Balmoral allows us to make wines with long ageing, from 18 to 50 months

Our winery has a surface area of more than 5,000 m2 guaranteeing the best and quality of our wines and allowing us to comply with the principles of energy efficiency and eco-responsibility present in our philosophy as a winery
