GARVEY FINO SAN PATRICIO - SHERRY

It is a wine with D.O Jerez made from 100x100 palomino fino grapes and aged in American oak casks under veil flor with Soleras and seven Criaderas aging for a period of time exceeding seven years. It is one of the wines from the Garvey range of sherries.

CARACTERISTICS ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

• Visual phase: straw-colored wine with golden reflections.
• Smelling phase: intense and floral on the nose, with hints of wood, dried fruits and saline nuances.
• Tasting phase: dry, mineral and light, with the presence of yeasts very typical of its biological aging.

OUR RECOMMENDATION

• Consumption: ideal for appetizers, as an accompaniment to tapas or on its own.
• Serving temperature: Best served chilled, preferably between 6º - 8ºC
• Recommended storage temperature: Keep the bottle in a cool place and in an upright position. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
• Food pairing: ideal accompaniment to ham, olives, or nuts. Also because of its low acidity it is perfect for marinades, salads with vinaigrettes or cold soups such as gazpacho and ajoblanco.
• Recommended glass type: traditional large wine glass or a glass of white wine.
• Recommendation: once the bottle is opened, consume preferably within 1 month.
