The Vino Oloroso Vintage Sherry Añada 2003 Lustau, is a late harvest wine aged for 19 years in barrels that contained Oloroso, made 100% with grapes of the Palomino variety following a static and oxidative aging process.
The Vino Oloroso Vintage Sherry Añada 1995 Lustau is an unusual way of understanding Jerez wines, through the less known side of the Palomino grape and not through the Solera and Criaderas aging method, but through the Jerez Vintage method. This very rare aging process is not dynamic like Solera and Criaderas, where old wines are mixed with new wines.
When it comes to Vintage, the product ages alone, in a separate barrel. That is why this type of aging is considered static and the conditions of the must must be impeccable to carry out a quality product like the Vino Oloroso Vintage Sherry Añada 2003 Lustau.
Recognized with a 93 Parker Points rating by The Wine Advocate guide. It has an alcohol content of 20%. It is recommended to serve this wine between 10-12ºC. Its ideal pairing is foie gras, light desserts, blue cheeses, or nuts.
