Elaboration and aging
The J&B Whisky is made from 42 whiskies, 36 malt and 6 grain, which give it a unique flavor and style that provide a perfect combination.
It requires a careful distillation process, combining the lighter and sweeter malt whiskies from the Lowlands and the more robust flavors from the Highlands.
The necessary ingredients for the production of traditional Scotch whisky are: water, air, peat, mash, and the barrel (which influences the flavor).
Tasting Note
Appearance: JB is a whisky with an old gold, opaque and pale color.
Nose: A fine aroma with hints of vanilla and tobacco, and a slight background of peat.
Palate: It has a balanced taste, with a round and smooth palate, producing a unique, pleasant, and long-lasting flavor.
