Blanco Nieva Pie Franco Verdejo is the jewel of this winery, coming from vineyards of almost one hundred years of the verdejo variety, it is a wine that is fresh, tasty, and elegant.
Bodegas Nieva were inaugurated in the year 2009 in the vicinity of Segovia, within the D.O. Rueda. It is the new project of Bodegas Martue in this Designation of Origin, with the objective of maintaining the philosophy of small productions of wines of maximum quality and at the best price.
Blanco Nieva Pie Franco Verdejo comes from pre-phylloxera century-old vines of the verdejo variety, grown on their own roots and harvested by hand. It is a wine of limited production due to the scarce vineyard.
The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks controlled at low temperatures to extract all the fruity power.
Blanco Nieva Pie Franco Verdejo is an extraordinary wine for any appetizer, and it pairs perfectly with Iberian ham, manchego cheese, and grilled fish.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 6ºC.
