Bernardo Harapa Blanco 2021 is an excellent example of Chardonnay grape wine grown in the shelter of Sierra Nevada, the highest mountain range in the Iberian Peninsula.
The wine has a very bright, clean, and medium layer Golden Yellow color. The nose perceives a medium-high intensity, very complex, with aromas of white flowers, vanilla, some lactones, and a very elegant touch of lees. In the mouth, it has good volume (oily) and good structure. The acidity gives it freshness and there is a wood finish that provides sweetness.
This wine has been aged on fine lees for 6 months.
