Made from the grape variety: 100% verdejo fermented in barrel.
Harvest done manually with successive selections.
Aging in barrels on fine lees for approximately 6 months.
In its production, it undergoes a fermentation process in new French oak barrels, with a cold maceration time of about 12 hours.
