More information
Braised wine made 100% with xarel·lo from the Ordal Mountains. It has macerated with its skins and has been aged in French oak barrels for 9 months.
It is a white wine with intense aromas of orange peel, honey, and medicinal herbs typical of the Mediterranean. In the mouth, it is very voluminous and long, with a bitter finish characteristic of the variety. The contact with the skins and its passage through oak barrels give it very fine tannins ideal for pairing with oven-baked meats such as lamb or suckling pig. It is also an ideal wine to pair with strong cheeses. Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
