Vitarán Blanco Cepas Viejas is a white wine made from Viura and Malvasía grapes from the centuries-old Finca Vitarán vines, manually harvested in small capacity boxes. The pre-fermentation maceration takes place in cold at a controlled temperature of 6 to 8º C. Alcoholic fermentation in new Hungarian oak barrels. Aging in barrel on its fine lees for 4 to 6 months.
