Whole smoked duck breast

Vacuum-packed smoked duck breast. The duck breast is the fleshy part of the breast of the duck. Our duck breasts are carefully selected from our producer in the South West. They are trimmed, salted, dried and smoked with beech wood sawdust by our butchers.
