Ingredients: 100% yuzu juice* (Japan) * = from organic farming Yuzu is a rare Japanese citrus fruit. The flavor is similar to lemon, but yuzu is less acidic and has more umami. It is a kind of mix of different citrus fruits, very special! The juice is mainly used as a finishing touch or in drinks. We have not added salt. That is to say, 100% yuzu! We are one of the few that offer yuzu in the Netherlands, so you are lucky with this organic version. Use it as a dressing for your salad or poke bowl, in tea, or in cocktails.
