Produced by the ancient method of oxidative aging in glass demijohns exposed to the elements, made from white grapes from dry-farmed vineyards in Montesa (Huesca), limited production. This wine is made from 70% Garnacha blanca and 30% Alcañon white grapes, and is hand harvested.
