Directions for use

The basic daily dose is 100 gr, divide the dose 50 gr 1 hour before physical exercise and 50 gr 30-45 minutes after physical exercise. The dose is 50 gr; mix with 200 ml of water, skimmed milk or your favorite drink. Use an AmixTM shaker or similar mixer.
