Description:
Ansiomed from Herbetom contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Stress? Obesity? Low levels of serotonin are associated with cravings for carbohydrates and binge eating. In these cases, it has been shown that 5-HTP increases serotonin formation, so by not ingesting as much food, it facilitates weight loss. Insomnia? Improves sleep quality by increasing REM sleep and by producing melatonin through serotonin. Chronic headaches? 5-HTP has been successfully used in their prevention and treatment, reducing their frequency, intensity, and duration. Ingredients per 2 capsules: standardized extracts of Grifonia (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill.) 400 mg and Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) 300 mg, L-tryptophan 150 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 1.4 mg, thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 1.1 mg, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid Vitamin B9) 200 µg, cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2.5 µg, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate) and coating (gelatin).
