Directions for Use
As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix one dose of 15.5 grams (one level tablespoon) mixed in 200 ml of cold water and preferably take it after training. People over 80 kg can take a dose of 30 grams (two level tablespoons) mixed in 200 ml of cold water. Advanced or professional athletes can take an additional dose of 15.5 grams before training and another dose during training.
