Instructions for use
Take 1 teaspoon of this flour in muesli and the feeling of hunger will be reduced. Perfect for making crackers, pizza dough, desserts... It can be added to cereals, yogurt, oatmeal or added to flour when preparing bread or cakes. When baking, it can be replaced with 10-20% flaxseed flour.
