Instructions

To prepare a vegan meat substitute, briefly soak the extracted sunflower flakes in warm water or vegetable broth and drain them in a sieve before using them again. 100g of extracted sunflower flakes is combined with 250ml of water. Therefore, about 40g can replace 150g of ground meat.
