Directions for use
As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix one serving of 30 grams with 200 to 250 ml of water and shake with a shaker for 20 seconds or until completely dissolved, then drink immediately. For a stronger flavor with more body and sweetness, use less water. For a milder flavor and less sweet shake, use more water. Depending on protein needs, it is recommended to take between 1 and 3 daily servings, preferably in the morning upon waking up, after training, and before bedtime.
