Directions for use
As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix one serving of 30 grams with between 200 and 250 ml of water and shake with a shaker for 20 seconds or until completely dissolved, then drink immediately.For a stronger taste with a thicker and sweeter consistency, use less water.For a milder taste and a less sweet shake, use more water.Depending on protein needs, it is recommended to take between 1 and 3 doses daily, preferably in the morning upon waking up, after training, and before bedtime.
