We make it following the traditional method, with tomatoes, toasted hazelnuts and almonds... Its 100% natural and organic ingredients make it the perfect complement for any meal.

The Bionsan Traditional Calçots Sauce from Tarragona from the MEDITERRANEUM line has a smooth almond flavor, with a slight smoky touch. In addition, the texture of this sauce is perfect, ideal for spreading on calçots and also for combining with meats or salads.
