The Ernesto del Palacio winery arises from the passion of a farming family to produce quality wines with grapes from their own vineyards, maintaining a tradition of over 300 years. From our goblet-planted vineyards near our winery in San Román de la Hornija, at 680 metres above sea level and in soils full of pebbles, Tardón is the result of the union of Cabernet, Merlot and Tempranillo grapes, which allows us to obtain a full wine with an intense red colour and exuberant youth.
