Champagne Agrapart & Fils has been a Récoltant Manipulant (RM) champagne since its creation. The Harvester has this privilege, who controls at all times the maturation of his grapes and subsequently the evolution of his wine. From there, we make it a point of honour to guarantee consistent quality.

For this cuvée, Pascal Agrapart favours vinification and ageing in semi-muids to better reveal all the complexity of the wine to come. Bottling is carried out without fining or filtering, followed by ageing on the lees in the estate's cellars for more than 5 years.
