CAU d'en Genis is an organic white wine meticulously produced from the finest Pansa Blanca grapes, also known as Xarel-lo, from Alta Alella. This wine is a true expression of the terroir, as fermentation and aging occur in a cement egg, allowing the lees to circulate freely. This process enhances the aromatic richness and the volume on the palate, featuring an amber color with golden reflections. Aromas of fennel and citrus, particularly mandarin peel, accompany a voluminous entry and salty notes, culminating in a long, balanced, and fresh finish.
