Atlantis Godello is a white wine of the Valdeorras denomination of origin elaborated by Atlantis by Maetierra.
The vineyards of more than 25 years planted in glass and some younger planted on trellises on granite and slate soils. They are vineyards on hillside, with slopes between 20 and 40%, located between 400 and 600 meters above the level
of the sea.
The harvest took place in the second half of September. Selection of grapes at the winery entrance. Pneumatic pressing and subsequent flotation of must. Fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of less than 18 º C.
Atlantis Godello is straw-yellow, clean and shiny. On the nose are fruity aromas, with notes of Apple and peach, and exotic touches and freshness. In the mouth it displays its structure and complexity with a balanced and wide end.
