Atlantis Txakoli is an elegant white wine from the Txakoli de Álava designation of origin, produced by Altrantis by Maetierra. This wine is made from vineyards located on difficult terrain, which provides excellent aeration and sunlight exposure. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested, followed by a meticulous process that includes destemming and pressing. Several clarification steps and controlled fermentation at 13°C are conducted, followed by a resting phase between 10 and 12°C before filtering and bottling. Atlantis Txakoli features a pale yellow color with green reflections, clear and bright. Tasting notes emphasize aromas of white and exotic fruits such as pineapple and cherimoya, along with fresh floral and herbaceous nuances.
