Vineyards located in areas of complicated labor by its slopes. This is compensated with a very good aeration and insolation of the plant.
The harvest is manual. The destemming and pressing are carried out, subsequently several desfangados of the must. Then the controlled fermentation begins at 13 º C. Subsequently it rests between 10 and 12 º C and the filtering and bottling is proceeded.
Atlantis Txakoli is pale yellow, with greenish reflections, clean and shiny. The nose has white and exotic fruit aromas (pineapple, cherimoya), fresh floral and herbaceous notes. It has a very well integrated acidity, it is fresh and cheerful in the mouth.
