Tasting Note Blanc de Closos

Nose:
The aromas express the fresh and citrus personality of the white Garnacha. There are notes of fruit skin and aromatic herbs, along with a slight trace of stone fruits like peach.
Palate:
On the palate, it is sharp and lively, distinctly mineral. It also expresses persistence and volume. The maceration with the skins adds structure.
Serving temperature:
Between 9 and 12ºC.
Pairing:
It goes very well with steamed seafood recipes: mussels, prawns, and clams. Also perfect with the mild fats of poultry dishes (stuffed capon, quails, roast chicken, and pepitoria). Also pairs well with lightly cured cheeses, especially creamy cheeses.
