Cume do Avia Arraiano Branco is an organic wine produced in Ribeiro by Adega Cume do Avia. This white wine is made from native grapes such as Treixadura, Albariño, Caíño Branco, Lado, Loureira, and Jerez, hand-harvested. The grapes are vinified together in stainless steel tanks, and part of the wine ages in 1000-liter chestnut barrels. Albariño provides volume and complexity, while the winery's sustainable approach is reflected in every bottle.
