These vineyards, surrounded by low mountains, enjoy an ideal microclimate for developing wines full of energy and freshness. This cava is produced within the Cava Denomination of Origin, following the traditional Champenoise Method, which includes a second fermentation in the bottle that takes place in underground cellars, maintaining a constant temperature between 15º and 17ºC.
