Delamain Pale & Dry X.O. It is a cognac made by Delamain under the name Cognac Grande Champagne.
Delamain is a historic winery. Its origins date back to the early 17th century, and today the winery is in the hands of the 15th generation of the family.
Delamain seeks perfection in all its products. The first step is a selection of the best cognacs made in the Grande Champagne region with the Ugni Blanc variety, cognacs distilled under the supervision of Delamain for a century.
These cognacs are aged in very old oak barrels. Barrels of 350 litres, very used, that over time have lost the sensations of wood giving way to new nuances of lemon, orange peel, flowers,... bringing a unique personality to this Delamain Pale & Dry X.O.
Once the ageing is finished, the final blend is made by mixing cognacs of similar ages. This coupage rests a couple of years finishing refining. Once this time has passed, small quantities of old "loose", old cognacs are added to reduce the 50º of its natural alcohol content to the final 40º
