Dominio de Torreviñas Doble Pasta is an organic red wine from the D.O. Alicante, made with the Monastrell variety by Vinos de Algueña winery. This wine is characterized by its excellent quality, derived from a production area of 2,000 hectares, on dry and stony soils, with more than 3,500 hours of sunlight per year. The 100% selected Monastrell grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures ranging from 25° to 28°C for a period of 20 days. Its light cherry color, along with intense aromas of ripe fruit and complex balsamics, make it a fruity and warm wine on the palate, very well-structured. This wine is ideal to accompany cured meats, roasts, foie, red meats, and game, and is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16° to 18°C.
