100% selected Monastrell grapes. Production area of 2,000 hectares on dry and stony soil, with more than 3,500 hours of sunshine per year. The grapes used to make this red wine are harvested by hand and fermented for 20 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°-28°C.
Dominio de Torreviñas Doble Pasta has a light cherry colour, intense aromas of ripe fruit, complex and elegant balsamic aromas. Fruity, warm in the mouth and very well structured. Ideal with sausages, roasts, foie, red meat and game.
