The sweet wine Don Px belongs to the Montilla Moriles denomination of origin and is elaborated by Bodegas Toro Albalá.
Don Px is the newborn Pedro Ximénez, Plethoric. It is the only one that sells Toro Albalá without submitting it before to Crianza.
After several decanting that allow to clarify, without more it is packed in clear glass bottles so that the consumer can appreciate its dense amber hue.
ADD: Young man of the year.
AGEING: One year of deposits. You don't get old in oak boots.
TASTING: Fruity, exultant, with intense primary aromas of raisins, dates and eucalyptus honey and light memories of baking cakes. Sucking with energy The taster will appreciate what is colloquially called stick aroma, a dry scratchy smell that guarantees its noble origin and purity. Dense in the mouth, captivating, sweet without reaching Empalagar. In itself, it is an excellent and revitalising dessert, full of the energy that the sun has accumulated in its clusters.
