The Fondillón 1996, "Wherever You Are" is a 20-year-old Embocado wine, which has aged with tremendous patience in American wild oak casks of centuries old, which treasures Bodegas Monóvar, after having extracted the best essence of the Monastrell grape. Overripe of old Vines.

Fondillón Gran Reserva 1996 has nAriz very potent, classic, exuberant aroma of aged Monastrell, American Centennial Oak Wood, Wild oak and very old. Honeyed notes. The touches are finely smoked and saline, always returns to the notes of old sacristy and old Woods, very pleasant memories of tofes, coffees, tobacco, carobs, fig bread and toasted almonds.
Moderately raisined, with notes of Caramel and Moka. I find friendly, not very sweet but soft, and embocado, between Acídulo and a little hot at the first moment. Strolls quietly through the center of Boca offering notes between caramelized and Ajerazadas, a few memories of dried fruit and passes adjusted to its dryness and a great length that makes the wine eternal in the mouth. Its taste deceives you and incites to try more.
