The grape for making sugar comes from vineyards that have an age of between 30 and 100 years located in the towns of La Aguilera, Moradillo and Baños, with predominantly clayey-calcareous and Arene-clayey soils. The vineyards are at an average altitude of 900 meters.
It carries out the ageing in French oak barrels for 16 months.
Garmon is dynamic and vibrant. With subtle tannins. Crystalline fruit and moderate opulence.
