The Georg Mosbacher Buntsandstein Wachenheim is an exquisite white wine created by the Mosbacher winery, located in Wachenheim, Germany. Made from the Riesling grape variety, this wine originates from the "Gerümpel" plot, characterized by varied sandstone soil. The ripe golden grapes are carefully selected, and the wine ferments at 18°C with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks, maturing on its lees until bottled in May 2022. This winery, founded in 1920, has 20 hectares of vineyards near the village of Forst and is renowned for its reputation and prestige in the Palatinate region. In tasting, it presents aromas of peach, apricots, and exotic hints of mango, honeydew melon, and lychee.
